Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining VA licensure to work in the outpatient setting. This contract position features an 8-hour schedule and requires accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission, and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience and a current PT license within the state of practice.
