Job summary

HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital in Effingham, IL seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient team at the Workman Sports Complex.

The PT will lead delegation and direction of therapy services, educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, and contribute to program development and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes. The position is full time (40 hours/week) with daytime clinic hours, requires IL licensure, and BLS certification or completion within 90 days,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program meeting licensure requirements.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required.
• Illinois: licensure required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and delegate all discipline-specific therapy services.
• Educate patients, families, students, colleagues, and self-professional advancement.
• Develop therapy programs and engage and develop interdisciplinary teams.
