Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Ansonia, CT, is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our team. This full‑time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with PRN and part‑time options available, and a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
