Compensation ranges from $86,000 to $110,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and additional incentive programs. Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• New Jersey license/registration required to start.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; entry level welcome.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations and develops progressive treatment plans.
• Educates patients and caregivers and plans discharge when appropriate.
• Collaborates with rehab team and supports departmental initiatives.
• Promotes professional growth and improves departmental performance.
• Performs other duties related to patient care and program design.
