NW Sport Physical Therapy in Lacey, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics. You will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans, deliver high-quality therapy, and collaborate in a values-driven team.

New grads are welcome, with strong mentorship and a clear path to professional growth within Upstream Rehabilitation. Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000–$105,000 plus a monthly bonus program, plus student loan repayment assistance, 100% employer-paid health

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
