Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, seeks Physical Therapists for its Matthews, NC clinic. We’re hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive pay and strong mentorship to advance your outpatient orthopedic PT career.

As a clinician, you’ll develop evidence-based care plans, deliver high-quality therapy, and grow through onboarding, mentorship, and residency/fellowship programs, with a path to ownership and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
