Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in Texas, including new grads, to focus on patient care while growing professionally within the Upstream Rehabilitation network.

You’ll develop evidence-based care plans, deliver outcomes-driven therapy, and benefit from strong mentorship, onboarding for new grads, and access to residency/fellowship programs, CEUs, and a clear path to ownership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
