Responsibilities

• Treatment Implementation: Apply manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other specialists to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Assessments: Conduct physical therapy evaluations to determine patient needs and progress.
• Documentation: Use ATI EMR and patient management tools to streamline workflows.
• Education & Training: Participate in structured mentorship, residency programs, and leadership training.
