Flaherty Physical Therapy in Northborough, MA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic role with pelvic health options. The position features 40-minute 1:1 sessions and a flexible caseload including general orthopedics and pelvic health, with mentorship for new graduates. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

and Friday 7 a.m.–3:40 p.m., with no weekends. Compensation ranges from $83,000 to $115,000 yearly, plus productivity bonuses and a full benefits

Qualifications

• Must be Doctor of Physical Therapy and state-licensed in MA.
• New graduate PTs welcome with mentorship.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in a 1:1 setting with 40-minute sessions.
• Work in outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health caseloads as offered.
• Develop specialties and pursue advanced certifications as desired.
