Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient settings split between Exton and West Chester, PA. The full-time role features a 5-day workweek, no weekends, and a compensation starting at $82k per year with increases based on experience.

Caseload is 55-65 visits per week, serving a diverse patient mix across ortho, neuro, and sports medicine. We offer mentorship, CEU programs, generous PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in PA.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
