Job summary

ProActive Physical Therapy in Arizona is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to assess movement dysfunction, develop and adjust evidence-based plans, and deliver skilled interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

You will track patient outcomes, collaborate with a care team, and advocate for patients throughout recovery, with strong support for mentorship, residency, and board certification pathways.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.
