Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Manage a patient case load of 10–12 patients per day.
• Timely and accurate documentation using TherapyEBridge.
• Interpret medical notes and surgery reports.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.
