Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
