Advanced Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Little Rock outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based PT interventions to reduce pain and improve mobility.

Qualifications

• DPT/MSPT/MPT/BPT from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experienced clinicians welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and balance-related impairments.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to support patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
