Job summary

Littleton Regional Healthcare in Littleton, NH, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient services in a hospital-based clinic. Position can be full-time with benefits starting at 30 hours/week and a flexible schedule emphasizing 45-minute sessions and 1-hour initial evaluations.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Must hold a PT degree and NH licensure; outpatient experience and BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school (minimum requirement is Bachelor of Science)
• Must have a current license or be eligible for licensure in the State of New Hampshire

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based therapy plans to promote rehabilitation and functional improvement.
• Restore mobility, strength, and coordination through therapeutic interventions in outpatient and inpatient settings as needed.
• Educate patients and families on prescribed exercises and home programs for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and discharge planning following NH regulations.
