Qualifications

• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Document patient progress and communicate with team and physicians.
• Provide high-quality rehabilitation to help patients return to activities.
