Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of AZ to work in the specialty area of Outpatient.

This is a contract position with an 8 hrs schedule. The role requires 1 year of outpatient PT experience and an active or imminent AZ license. Centra supports clinicians with mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and ongoing credentialing assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services with focus on patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
