Job summary

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based outpatient care to a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports, and workers' compensation.
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to improve mobility and function.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress.
Document patient progress and treatment details in EMR systems.
Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives.
