Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for Outpatient Rehab at our Gratiot, OH facility, a Forbes-listed hospital known for patient-centered care and career growth. Hours: 31, 33, or 40 per week. Compensation: $39.50–$53/hour.

Benefits include a sign-on bonus. Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy; Ohio license or eligibility; at least one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or able to obtain.
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services setting (e.g., Acute Rehab, SNF, Acute Medical, Outpatient, Home Health, and/or Behavioral Health).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service.
• Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms.
