Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Michigan to work in an outpatient setting.

This contract position features a 5x8 schedule and requires at least one year of outpatient PT experience. The incumbent will support the organization’s mission and will be responsible for incorporating the vision, values, and critical goals into their job performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Outpatient setting.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (MI) or in process of obtaining it.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in outpatient setting and contribute to patient care plans.
• This role includes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of Centra Healthcare Solutions into job performance.
