Job summary

Centra Healthcare`s outpatient clinic in Annapolis, MD seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment. This role entails joining a growing team with responsibilities including planning care and delivering PT interventions per physician orders.

Shift pattern includes a mix of 7 AM–3 PM and 10 AM–6 PM blocks, Monday through Friday as specified. Licensed PTs with CPR certification and accredited schooling are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or active licensure application.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
