Physicians Rehab Solution in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions are available, with a Clinic Director role possible for qualified candidates.

You will work with Boston Orthopaedic & Spine to treat a general orthopedic caseload and enjoy mentoring of new grads. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with physicians, and a balanced schedule Monday–Friday, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and GA physical therapy license.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics required.
• New grads welcomed and mentored.
• Full-time is preferred; part-time and PRN also considered.

Responsibilities

• Treat outpatient orthopedic patients in a dynamic setting.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and coordinate care.
• Support mentorship for new grads and team development.
