Job summary

Saco Bay PT in Norway, ME is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedic center as an outpatient center manager. You will oversee the therapy team and provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to help people return to athletics, work, and life.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $80k–$110k depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20k and student debt repayment. Ongoing CEU opportunities and a commitment to professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outpatient orthopedic therapy team.
• Provide exceptional patient care experiences and align with center goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to maximize function.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, employers, payors and tracking centers of care.
