Banner Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Center Manager/Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care while driving clinic performance and team success.

You will oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, provide preventative and rehab services, and manage operations to maximize patient outcomes and center profitability. APTA-accredited graduate and active PT license required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Mesa, AZ.
