Select Medical in Bedford, NH is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead as Outpatient Center Manager, overseeing an orthopedic therapy team and driving high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes preventative and rehab services that maximize function while building strong physician and community relationships.

Requirements include OP/Ortho experience and prior management experience; valid PT license; CPR certification; and a commitment to advancing clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state PT license required to start.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outpatient center and uphold executive decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to improve patient outcomes.
• Grow and manage the center's physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Build and mentor a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Collaborate with community programs and events to support the community.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities and industry leadership.
