Qualifikationen

• 0-1 years of experience in a physical therapy setting.

• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating and adjusting treatment plans.
• Implement interventions targeting posture, balance, locomotion, strength, endurance, flexibility.
• Administer treatments under supervision and document progress.
• Educate patients on exercises and self-management.
• Tailor treatment to age, culture, and individual goals.
• Document care clearly per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the care team including discharge planning.
• Maintain infection control and a safe environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
