Virtua in Mullica Hill is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitative care under the supervision of a physical therapist.

The position is on-site at 215 N Main Street, Unit B, and classified as Per Diem with Time Type: Part time. The role includes collaboration with the care team, accurate documentation, and patient education in line with the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Assistant Associate degree from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with medical staff to provide high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
• Delivers physical therapy interventions per the plan of care and provides feedback to the supervising PT.
• Maintains patient records, reports and documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Uses aides and support staff effectively and coordinates care as needed.
• Educates patients and families considering age, condition and cultural needs.
