Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient rehabilitation services. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and document progress in alignment with evidence-based care.

You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help ensure a safe, engaging clinic environment.

Qualifications

• PTA must hold an accredited Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Demonstrated ability to support a PT-led plan of care.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document patient progress and therapy outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and families about home programs and safety.
