Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You’ll work alongside a Physical Therapist to administer patient treatments and educate patients, families, and caregivers to support daily routines.

The role offers base pay of $27–$36 per hour (based on experience), monthly incentive bonuses, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 in select locations, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program.
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods.
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
