Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Monument, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $80,000 per year, plus a compelling incentives package and a robust benefits program.

You will contribute to patient-centered care, participate in a mentorship and orientation program, and have access to ongoing CEU opportunities while advancing within our nationwide network of centers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
