Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required
• Florida licensure is not applicable; ensure Florida licensure on hire

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate and test individuals to determine diagnosis and plan of treatment
• Provide one-on-one care with 45-minute sessions
• Maintain a manageable caseload with up to 10 patients per day
