Job summary

Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Gainesville, FL is seeking a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) for a full-time outpatient clinic role. You will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, perform assessments, and collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to support patients across ages five and up.

Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in a mental health field, an active Florida license, and outpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy is required.
• Active Florida professional license is required.
• Outpatient setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to patients.
• Perform psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health strategies.
• Document services per company policies and maintain records.

Education
