Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Psychologist (NJ/PA preferred).
• Minimum of 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience conducting psychological testing and assessments.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment methods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in assessment, range of treatment, and developmentally appropriate communication.
• Conducts psychological testing and interviews.
• Researches patterns and issues to inform treatment.
• Diagnoses potential disorders and discusses treatment options.
• Provides psychotherapy and crisis management as needed.
• Maintains clinical records and completes required documents.
• Participates in supervision and multidisciplinary teams.
