LifeStance Health in Minnesota is actively hiring licensed psychologists to join our growing outpatient practice. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time) with a hybrid model and no nights or weekends, focusing on 100% outpatient care.

We provide strong earning potential with a productivity-based compensation model (roughly $93k–$160k) plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to practice psychology in Minnesota.
• PhD or PsyD degree required.
• Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychology services.
