Job summary

LifeStance Health in Tulsa, OK is seeking a child or adult outpatient psychiatrist to join a thriving group practice. The role supports 100% outpatient care with a hybrid model, offering telemedicine and in-person options to meet patient needs.

Compensation is productivity-based, with a strong upside and a sign-on bonus. Oklahoma licensure (BE/BC, with DEA) is required, along with experience in medication management and therapy.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Oklahoma with BE/BC and an unencumbered DEA license.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Outpatient psychiatric practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient psychiatric care in a group practice setting.
• Utilize telemedicine and in-person services with a hybrid schedule.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers and other clinicians to optimize patient care.
• Deliver medication management and psychotherapy as part of comprehensive treatment.
