Job summary

Inova Health seeks an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join its Northern Virginia team. The role blends outpatient medication management with leadership in TMS and esketamine as part of a growing neuromodulation program.

In the Intensive Outpatient Program, you will evaluate, manage medications, and provide clinical consultation in a collaborative treatment setting. The position spans IPAC, PHP, and outpatient care within a comprehensive continuum.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic degree with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Carry outpatient medication management and lead neuromodulation initiatives (TMS/esketamine).
• Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management in IOP settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support treatment planning and transitions.
• Contribute to an integrated continuum of care across clinic, IPAC, PHP, and outpatient services.
