LifeStance Health is actively seeking Adult or Child Psychiatrists for our San Marcos, TX clinics. This 100% outpatient role offers flexible schedules, no on-call requirements, and a hybrid work model with weekly in-office time. Compensation is above market and includes a sign-on bonus and full benefits.

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Physicians that are:

• Hold an active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Open to a hybrid model, all roles must have in office time on a weekly basis
