Qualifications

• Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the corresponding state.
• Unencumbered DEA and clean criminal background.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident (Green Card) status.
