Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a psychiatrist for an outpatient-only, full-time role in Sugar Land, Texas. The position offers no on-call duties and a flexible 4–5 day workweek with robust clinical and administrative support.

We provide a base salary of $300,000 with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO/days off, and ongoing training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active medical license in the United States or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean professional background.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only psychiatry practice.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Flexible schedule: 4–5 days per week.
• Strong clinical and administrative support with an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio.
