Serenity Healthcare seeks a psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role in Chandler, AZ. The physician-owned practice offers a supportive 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio and a flexible 4- to 5-day workweek, with a strong focus on patient outcomes and provider support.

Compensation includes a $300,000 base salary plus incentives, aiming for a total compensation of $500,000+ annually. Benefits cover medical, dental & vision (90% for family), plus substantial PTO and holidays, ongoing training, and

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care in a physician-owned practice.
• No on-call requirements; outpatient-only schedule.
• Participate in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy when applicable.

Education

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)

Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
