Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Psychiatrist for a full-time employed position at a collaborative esketamine and ketamine clinic just across the Hudson River in northern New Jersey. You will work with patients experiencing treatment-resistant depression and medical trauma in a non-hierarchical team that includes RNs, a social worker, and a front office manager.

Virtual intakes and follow-ups are supported; one remote day per week; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm,

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry.
• Active MD licensure or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Experience in esketamine/ketamine clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatry care to patients with treatment-resistant depression and medical trauma.
• Collaborate within a non-hierarchical team including RNs, a social worker, and a front office manager.
• Conduct virtual medication intakes and follow-up visits; one remote day per week possible.
• Maintain significant clinical autonomy while supporting efficient clinic operations.
