Geode Health in Flower Mound, Texas, is seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join a growing national network. The role supports a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, and potentially a four-day week.

The team emphasizes collaboration, with prescribers, therapists and a support staff under one roof. There are opportunities to work with advanced treatments such as TMS and Spravato at select locations, with competitive compensation and a strong benefits package

Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license required.
• Board certification in Psychiatry or board eligibility.
• Active DEA license and Texas controlled substances license.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult and/or adolescent patients.
• Collaborate with therapists and prescribers to deliver integrated care.
• Support supervision of Advanced Practice Providers as needed.
• Participate in a team-based care model across the clinic.

We are actively recruiting for a passionate Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) in FlowerMound, Texas who can partner with us to achieve that mission.

Role Overview

As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities.

We have two Co-CMO’s at the helm and all clinical decisions are made by clinical leaders.

Hybrid Work Schedule

Most of our Outpatient Psychiatrists work three days a week onsite and two days telehealth. A four‑day work week is also possible.

No nights, no weekends, no on-call. We get your need balance too. We offer after hours urgent support to give you a lifestyle you deserve.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of Texas
• Board Eligible or Active Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Active DEA license and active Controlled Substance license in Texas
• Passion for high-quality mental healthcare
• The desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions and age ranges.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
