Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks psychiatrists to deliver high-quality mental health care in a setting that supports personal practice styles, with in-person or hybrid options and the ability to set their own hours and appointment lengths.

You will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, with a Care Matching model to build a caseload aligned with interests and expertise, plus access to regular CME and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in-person or in hybrid models with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to support evidence-based care and clinical excellence.
