Job summary

Serenity Healthcare seeks an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a physician-owned practice emphasizing patient care with minimal administrative burden in Colorado. You will focus on treatment, not bureaucracy, with outpatient duties and zero on-call requirements.

We offer Brainsway Deep TMS training, compensation over $500,000 annually, and strong clinical support. Benefits include 90% paid premiums, 33 days PTO, and flexible 4- or 5-day work weeks.

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in corresponding state of clinic location.
• Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background.
• Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient only with zero call responsibility.
• Focus on patients and reduce administrative burden vs. large healthcare systems.
• Flexible scheduling with 4- or 5-day work week.
