Qualifications

• CPR certification and crisis intervention training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual/couples/family counseling with focus on engagement and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with community agencies for patient assessment and services.
• Evaluate and document intervention effectiveness and patient responses.
• Assess psychosocial, educational, and behavioral functioning; document updates.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.
• Adhere to standards for care of diverse patient populations.
• Respond promptly to social work service requests.
• Utilize age-specific considerations in treatment planning.
