Job summary

Mosaic Health in Apple Valley, CA seeks an MD or DO to join a full-scope outpatient primary care team with clinical autonomy and collaboration with APPs and an interdisciplinary group. You will focus on acute and chronic care, population health, and value-based outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active unrestricted state medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• DEA and BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and population health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with APPs and an interdisciplinary team to manage conditions.
• Engage in value-based initiatives and quality improvement.
• Possibility of leadership mentoring for APPs and clinicians.
