Job summary

Endeavor Health Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for a full-time outpatient role in Des Plaines, IL. The position offers a robust compensation package and academics affiliation with potential appointment at The University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine.

The successful candidate will have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency and be board certified or eligible.

Qualifications

• License: Illinois Medical License or License Pending.
• Board certification/eligibility by the American Board of Internal/Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clinical practice with a minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month.
• Include morning/evening/weekend hours within the 34 bookable hours.
• Participate in weekend and weekday call.
• Teach the house staff and medical students as assigned.
