Open Door Community Health Centers' Del Norte CHC in Crescent City, CA, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our integrated care team for a full-time, outpatient family/internal medicine practice. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of conditions while coordinating with specialists to ensure comprehensive care close to home.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Medical school (MD Degree Required).
• Completion of accredited Internal or Family Medicine Residency Program required.
• Current California physician and surgeon license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Board Certification in specialty of practice (or board eligible if a newer graduate).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a patient panel across the lifespan in a rural FQHC setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions with emphasis on preventive care.
• Coordinate specialty services when needed and work within an interdisciplinary care team.
