Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with emphasis on prevention and chronic disease management.
