Qualifications

• Board certification if required by the Department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative team in a busy primary care setting.
• Patient care hours: 32 hours per week (of which 32 are patient care) and 4 hours for administration.
• Well visits, sick visits, and comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages.
